Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down the Natural Resources Defense Council's summary judgment bid in the group's fight to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to release information about the possible connection between a new pesticide and the recent loss of millions of honeybees.
