Polar Bear Trophy Hunters Win Round In ESA Dispute

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A trophy hunting group disputing a ban on importing dead polar bears into the U.S. as a result of the beasts' threatened status under the Endangered Species Act has dodged the government's bid for summary dismissal of its lawsuit, paving the way for further legal arguments.
