Crane Must Pay $3.7M In Asbestos Case: Minn. Court

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Rejecting John Crane Inc.'s bid for a new trial, a Minnesota appeals court has found that the mechanical sealing company is responsible for about $3.7 million of a total $4.6 million award in a suit filed by a power company worker alleging injury from asbestos exposure.
