Marianists Sue Insurers Over Abuse Settlement

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After $4.2 million reportedly settled a wave of sexual abuse allegations against the Marianist Province of the United States Inc., the religious organization has renewed claims that insurers ACE USA and Century Indemnity Co. are required to defend and indemnify it in connection with the allegations.
