Severstal Hits Pipeline Co. With $20M Damage Suit

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Steel company Severstal North America Inc. has launched a lawsuit against Kinder Morgan, claiming that the pipeline and terminal operator has a contractual obligation to repay Severstal for more than $20 million in damages resulting from the collapse of a crane at a steel mill.
