US Marshals Seize Caraco Drugs In FDA Action

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Marshals on Thursday seized drugs at three Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories Ltd. plants in Michigan on behalf of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which cited a May inspection showing that the generics manufacturer continues to violate the agency's good manufacturing practices.
