Enviro Goals May Require Trade Restrictions: WTO

Law360, New York (June 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization should be a key forum for working out potential trade complications that stem from efforts to combat climate change, the international body said in a report issued Friday, noting that some trade restrictions may be necessary to achieve environmental goals.
