ABA Praises USPTO Director Nominee Kappos

Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The American Bar Association has put its support behind President Barack Obama’s nomination of David J. Kappos as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s director and undersecretary of commerce for intellectual property, saying Kappos possesses the qualifications set out in ABA’s policy recommendations.
