Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. has lost its bid to have the U.S. Supreme Court determine whether claims for worker injuries that occurred during the course of Horizon Natural Resources LLC's bankruptcy proceedings should be entitled to administrative expense priority.
