Roach Claims Survive Dismissal In Conveyor IP Suit

Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss several counts from a trade secrets misappropriation suit brought by Roach Manufacturing Corp. against competitor Northstar Industries Inc. over patented conveyor technology, ruling that Roach has provided sufficient factual allegations to support the claims.
