Law360 (October 1, 2018, 8:18 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal court has refused to toss a suit accusing data center operator Switch Ltd. of using anticompetitive tactics to squeeze out rivals and cement its dominance over certain services in Las Vegas.

V5 Technologies LLC, which operates as Cobalt Data Centers, filed suit against Switch last September, alleging the company uses underhanded tactics to corner the market for colocation data center services, which provide clients space to house servers and the infrastructure needed to run them.
