Firms Resist Changing Delivery Models: CLO Survey

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Corporate legal departments are skeptical that law firms are seriously considering making adjustments to their legal service delivery models even though the firms face widespread calls for change, according to a new survey of chief legal officers.

The annual chief legal officer survey released Tuesday by consulting firm Altman Weil Inc. found that chief legal officers overwhelmingly said law firms were not serious about changing their delivery models.
