FisherBroyles Adds M&A, Tax Partner To Detroit Office

Law360 (October 12, 2018, 8:08 PM EDT) -- FisherBroyles LLP said a mergers and acquisitions attorney joined the firm Friday as a partner and corporate and tax attorney in its Detroit office after more than five years at Kemp Klein.

According to a statement on his hiring, Jeremy Cnudde will continue helping clients navigate complex mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, tax planning and reorganizations, and other financial transactions. Additionally, Cnudde has experience with federal, state and local tax planning.

Cnudde said he made the move to a larger firm to better support his clients.
