Pilots' Suit Over Union Seniority Challenge Nixed

Law360, New York (July 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit that a group of pilots at Continental Airlines Inc. filed against the Air Line Pilots Association International in response to the union's challenge of their employer's interpretation of a seniority clause in the Fair Treatment for Experienced Pilots Act.
