Simons and U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division chief Makan Delrahim testified at an antitrust enforcement oversight hearing held by the Senate Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights. While many of the topics discussed at the hearing will be familiar to those who follow agency news, the hearing gave us additional detail about, and evidence of, commitment to several of the agencies’ initiatives.
