Lowenstein Sandler Starts Global Trade, Policy Group In DC
Law360 (October 26, 2018, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Lowenstein Sandler LLP said Thursday that it had created a global trade and policy practice in its Washington, D.C., office, nabbing a team from Baker Donelson Caldwell & Berkowitz PC to establish a group focused on the U.S. government’s increasing regulations regarding international investment and trade.
The new practice group — the firm’s third in the nation’s capital, joining insurance recovery and antitrust and regulatory — will be headed by Doreen M. Edelman, previously a co-leader of Baker Donelson’s global business team, according to Lowenstein Sandler.
