Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Credit Suisse Securities LLC has lost a bid to compel production of documents that it says could show that plaintiffs have no standing to sue, in a case over its alleged role in the Ponzi scheme that led to the collapse of National Century Financial Enterprises Inc.
