Negligence Claim Nixed From Water Damage Suit

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has agreed to drop the negligence claim from Factory Mutual Insurance Co.’s suit against Pike Co. Inc. over water damage to the library of a Connecticut public university that the insurer alleges the contractor failed to prevent.
