Nestle Agrees To Limit Mich. Spring Water Withdrawal

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nestle Waters North America Inc. and a Michigan environmental group have settled a long-running dispute over the bottling of spring water, limiting the amount of spring water that the company can withdraw over the course of a year.
