EU To Reveal Antitrust Cases Against Drugmakers

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The European Commission is reportedly set to release a report Wednesday regarding its probe into pharmaceutical companies over alleged anti-competitive practices that lead to delays in generic drugs' entry into the market.

The antitrust regulator will release a 600-page report that will say it is pursuing a number of individual cases, but will not name any of the targets, Reuters reported.
