3rd Circ. Backs Carrier In Asbestos Coverage Battle

Law360, New York (July 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Reviving a tortuous dispute between National Mutual Fire Insurance Co. and insulation installer George V. Hamilton Inc., a federal appeals court has ruled that the lower court inappropriately dismissed the carrier’s call for arbitration of asbestos-related claims.
