Former Patents Commissioner To Advise USPTO

Law360, New York (July 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke has hauled in a former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent commissioner to bolster the management structure at the agency and help phase in a new USPTO director.

Nicholas P.
