Boies Debuts Management Committee In Succession Plan

By Sam Reisman (November 28, 2018, 5:06 PM EST) -- Boies Schiller Flexner LLP will establish a new management committee to assume day-to-day responsibilities of operations as part of a long-term plan to transfer leadership of the litigation firm from its founders to the next generation, the firm told its partners on Tuesday.

As part of the transition, managing partners David Boies and Jonathan Schiller will begin turning over certain firmwide administrative oversight responsibilities to a four-person committee consisting of partners Karen Dunn, Nick Gravante, Phil Korologos and Damien Marshall.
