Bat Advocates Fight To Halt Work On Wind Farm

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With a controversial wind farm in West Virginia nearing completion, environmental and animal rights groups have asked a federal judge for an injunction to halt construction in order to protect endangered bat populations in the farm's vicinity.
