Toys R Us Looks To Protect IP In KB Toys Case

Law360, New York (July 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Toys R Us-Delaware Inc. has told the court overseeing KB Toys Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings that it wants to make sure there's no overlap between certain intellectual property the debtors are looking to sell, and customer data and related IP that Toys R Us previously bought from a company that once ran KB's online stores.
