Overtime Wage Suit Filed Against Lowe's

Law360, New York (October 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A week after a similar case was settled in Kansas, Lowe’s Home Centers Inc. has found itself on the wrong side of another class action alleging the home improvement chain failed to follow proper procedures for calculating overtime compensation.

The class action, brought on behalf of Paul Jones and others similarly situated, was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky against Lowe’s Companies Inc. and Lowe’s Home Centers Inc.
