Supreme Court Won't Hear Challenge To Bush Decision

Law360, New York (October 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a case challenging President George W. Bush’s 2003 decision not to restrict imports of motorized wheelchair components from China, a decision that ran counter to a recommendation from the U.S. International Trade Commission.
