High Court Passes On American HomePatient Case

Law360 (October 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ending years of fighting, the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to take up the appeal of American HomePatient Inc.’s debt holders, letting the health care company’s confirmed reorganization plan stand.

On Tuesday, American HomePatient revealed that the Supreme Court had denied the petition for writ of certiorari sought by the holders of the company’s senior debt.
