Judicial Watch Founder's Mintz Levin Suit Trimmed

Law360, New York (July 16, 2009, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Finding some claims barred by the statute of limitations, a judge has thrown out a portion of a breach of contract and fiduciary duty suit against Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC brought by Larry Klayman – the founder and former chairman of conservative group Judicial Watch – over a 2003 severance agreement.
