Labaton Sucharow Chairman Steps Down After 20 Years

By Sam Reisman (January 9, 2019, 9:03 AM EST) -- Lawrence Sucharow, who has served as managing partner and chairman of New York-based plaintiffs firm Labaton Sucharow LLP for more than 20 years, is stepping down from his leadership role, the firm announced Wednesday.

Christopher Keller was appointed sole chairman effective at the beginning of the year, the firm said. As part of the transition, Keller had previously been appointed to the role of co-chairman in December 2017, a role he and Sucharow shared for the past year. Sucharow, 69, is now chairman emeritus of the firm that bears his name.
