Hunton Andrews Kurth Adds Tax Partner To London Office

Law360 (January 14, 2019, 4:50 PM EST) -- Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP announced that a former Gide Loyrette Nouel partner with more than 15 years of experience in international tax issues and transactions joined the firm's London office.

David Klass joined the firm as a partner Jan. 9 after working at Gide Loyrette for 11 years. According to Hunton's statement, Klass will advise clients on the tax aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, structured finance transactions and the U.K. and international tax aspects of corporate group reorganizations. Klass works across various industries but mostly with financial institutions and multinational corporations.
