Genzyme Targets Sandoz Over Hectorol Patent

Law360, New York (July 16, 2009, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Genzyme Corp. has filed a lawsuit to stop Sandoz Inc. from proceeding with an abbreviated new drug application for a generic version of injectable Hectorol, a drug used to treat a thyroid condition in patients with chronic kidney disease.
