Attorneys Expect Invigorated EEOC Under Berrien

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Jacqueline Berrien, whom President Barack Obama has selected to chair the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, will work to bring the president's vision of a more vigorous and aggressive EEOC to fruition, according to lawyers.
