Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court has found that law firm Sills Cummis & Gross PC should not be held liable for legal advice Fox News Channel commentator Andrew Napolitano gave under a private agreement while he was a member of the firm in the late 1990s.
