Micron Suit Over DRAM Price-Fixing Rejected

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 2:28 PM EDT) -- The Idaho Supreme Court has refused to reinstate a shareholder derivative lawsuit accusing certain directors and officers of Micron Technology Inc. of fixing prices for dynamic random access memory products.

The court issued an unanimous opinion Thursday upholding the dismissal of the suit against Micron Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Steven Appleton and six other current and former board members of the Boise, Idaho-based semiconductor producer.
