Law360 (January 28, 2019, 9:10 PM EST) -- An open letter penned and signed by more than 170 general counsels and chief legal officers at major companies represents an ultimatum to law firms to hire, retain and promote diverse associates or risk losing their in-house clients' business, supporters of the document told Law360 on Monday.
