Plaintiffs Win Again In Seroquel MDL Experts Fight

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 5:08 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs seeking the admission of expert noncausation testimony in the multidistrict litigation over AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP's antipsychotic Seroquel have largely won another round in the battle over what can be presented to the jury when the sprawling case heads to trial.
