NLRB Finds ALPA Charge Has Merit: Staff Union

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 7:30 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board's general counsel has found that claims that the management of the Air Line Pilots Association failed to bargain with its staff in good faith have merit, according to the union representing professional and administrative employees at ALPA.
