Mass.'s First Transgender Discrimination Case Nixed

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination has upheld the dismissal of what was the first ever transgender workplace discrimination case to be heard in the state, ruling that while the state's statute prohibiting sex discrimination applied to transgender employees, it did not apply to the facts of this case.
