Lindows Files Motion To Bar Microsoft Trademark Suits

Law360, New York (March 16, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Linux software platform Lindows.com, locked in a battle with Microsoft over the rights to the “Windows” trademark, has submitted a motion to the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Washington asking it to halt a series of trademark suits filed by Microsoft in jurisdictions around the world.
