Case Of Scotts Employee Fired For Smoking Dismissed

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 5:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a lawsuit brought by a former employee of a Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. unit, who was fired after a urine test turned up traces of nicotine, indicating that he had violated a policy forbidding smoking on or off company premises.
