Ex-Campaign Staffer Says Trump Forcibly Kissed Her
Law360 (February 25, 2019, 6:03 PM EST) -- A former Trump campaign staffer sued the president Monday claiming that the then-candidate kissed her without permission in 2016, adding that the campaign also underpaid her because she is black and systematically paid women less than men.
Alva Johnson, whose suit identifies her as a director in the campaign's Florida operation, accused President Donald Trump of battery, saying he kissed her inside a Trump-branded RV at a Tampa rally, in front of then-Florida Attorney General Pamela Jo Bondi and other staffers.
