Hughes Hubbard Steers Wipro's $110M HR Biz Sale To Alight

Law360 (February 27, 2019, 3:47 PM EST) -- Information technology, consulting and business process services company Wipro said on Wednesday that it has agreed to divest its human resources management business to benefits administration company Alight Solutions for $110 million in a deal steered by Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.
