UK Watchdog Moves To Disqualify Real Estate Cartel Directors
Law360, London (February 27, 2019, 6:35 PM GMT) -- Britain's competition authority on Wednesday said it has moved to disqualify two former directors of real estate companies after an investigation into their role in a scheme to fix minimum commission fees.
The Competition and Markets Authority issued proceedings in England's High Court seeking the disqualification of Michael Martin and Graham Thompson as part of its investigation into an estate agency cartel.
