US Officials Seek Comment On Trade With Korea

Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 6:46 PM EDT) -- As the Obama administration begins a push for global trade talks, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk's office is seeking public comment on free trade agreements between the U.S. and Korea.

The request for input, published in the Federal Register on Monday, aims to help American officials determine whether the 2007 free trade agreement between the two nations is furthering the goals previously laid out by Congress.
