Partners Scatter As Chicago IP Boutique Dissolves

Law360, New York (October 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Thirteen partners at a Chicago intellectual property boutique have run off to join other law firms after the boutique fell apart as a result of a business disagreement.

Attorneys at the boutique Wallenstein & Wagner were in merger talks with a few firms, but they could not reach a consensus on a deal that matched all of their interests.
