Law360, London (March 7, 2019, 6:57 PM GMT) -- A Dutch private equity firm has accused a cancer treatment center based out of Cyprus of failing to repay €5.3 million ($5.97 million) in loans and interest and frustrating accountants' attempts to answer why the company defaulted, according to a lawsuit filed with a London court.
AMC Purple III BV, a €200 million fund operated by Mezzanine Management, has told a London High Court that Amethyst Radiotherapy missed April’s deadline for repaying the loan and either ignored interest repayments or only paid part of what is owed.
