10th Circ. Opens Way For Coal Co. To Enter Mine Spat

Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 12:46 PM EDT) -- Reversing a lower court's decision, a federal appeals court has ruled that coal mine operator Mountain Coal Co. LLC is entitled to intervene in a suit accusing federal agencies of improperly authorizing the expansion of a large underground coal mine in Colorado.
