Fidelity Settles IP Claim Against Payment Service Co.
Law360, London (March 13, 2019, 2:11 PM GMT) -- Fidelity International and its U.K. investment service have settled their lawsuit against Currency Cloud, alleging that the global payments platform infringed upon its “Fidelity” trademark, according to a recent order from the London court where the litigation was filed.
Both sides “agreed to the terms set forth in a separate settlement agreement made between the parties, the terms of which are confidential and have not been filed at court,” according to the order made at the High Court on March 7 by Judge Richard Hacon.
