Goodwin — a past chair of the West Virginia University Board of Governors and a fixture in the West Virginia legal community, with 35 years of experience in insurance and toxic tort cases — has left his private practice to join Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in its Morgantown, W.Va., office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Goodwin joined the firm Monday as a partner in its litigation department, Dinsmore said.
